Stay Tuff's stretcher bar puller incorporates a high quality, rugged design. The tool is zinc galvanized and comes with toughened jaws and a 19 foot chain.

You need a minimum two bar pullers. Attach them to the stretcher bars which are attached to the fence. Crank the handle to walk the jaws up the chain, thereby pulling the stretcher bars together.
